Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in intensification in use of an access at a point where the current level of visibility is substandard and would lead to danger and inconvenience to people using it and to highway users in general, contrary to policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and Section 9 of the NPPF (2021).
2) Insufficient information has been provided by the applicant to enable an accurate assessment to be made of the full highway safety and traffic impact implications of the development, contrary to policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and section 9 of the NPPF (2021).
