Conditions or Reasons:
8) No above ground construction works of the dwellings hereby permitted shall commence until details of a noise barrier or other suitable scheme for protecting the dwellings and their gardens from noise arising from vehicles using the existing farm access drive has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. No dwelling shall be occupied until such a scheme has been implemented in accordance with the approved details, and shown to be effective, and it shall be retained in accordance with those details thereafter.

Reason: To protect the amenity of future occupiers of the dwellings hereby consented in accordance with Policy DM3 of the CSDMP and Chapter 12 of the NPPF.
