Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/00964/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any works of 'making good' required as a result of implementation of the works hereby approved shall be undertaken with materials and in a manner which are strictly compatible with the existing constructional detailing and character of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner fully appropriate to, and in the safeguarding of, the building fabric and constructional character of this listed building (Section 16, NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the works detailed in the submitted plans, numbers 119 01A; 119 01B.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
