Conditions or Reasons:
2) Prior to occupation of Units 19 or 20 within Plot B of the development, a Noise Mitigation Plan for the particular unit(s) shall be submitted  to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This mitigation plan shall identify measures to control noise emanating from the service yards and external areas of the relevant unit or units. Operation of the relevant unit shall then take place in accordance with the approved plan at all times.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of adjoining properties
