Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/01240/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, all final external colour finishes shall be maintained as existing unless otherwise agreed in writing and in advance of final decoration or finishing, as appropriate, by the Local Planning Authority, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the agreed details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located (Section 16, NPPF).
3) This consent relates only to the works detailed in the submitted plans, numbers 001 Rev.A; 61 Rev.A; 251 Rev.A; 252 Rev.A.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt
