| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the details provided within plan number OAK-069- Materials Schedule 16.11.2021, shall strictly be in accordance with the approved details for the full external materials and finishes Schedule, including colours expressed as RAL nos. or demonstrated by colour swatches, submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority under application reference CB/21/05108/DOC and shall strictly be undertaken unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to installation of the windows on site.
Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is undertaken with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the historic fabric and traditional character of this listed building. (CBLP HQ1 & HE3 and Sections 12 & 1, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the new windows and door hereby approved shall be of timber construction and shall have a consistent white painted final decorative finish unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to installation of the windows and door on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with any such approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of the listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, and unless agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority in advance of installation, any new windows to be installed as part of the development hereby approved shall be of timber construction painted in a white decorative finish, with flush casements (not Storm Casements), with recognised 'slim-style' form double glazing, with the sealed unit being no wider than 12mm and held within a traditional glazing bar frame, the final finish of glazing spacers finished in black and any trickle vents concealed behind vent hoods.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, the details provided within plan number OAK-069- Works Schedule-17.01.2021 approved and discharged under application reference CB/21/05108/DOC, shall strictly be adhered to in respect of any building repairs and 'making good' to the exterior of the existing building required as a result of the development hereby approved unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any building repairs to the exterior of the existing building..
Reason: To ensure that the development hereby approved is undertaken with due regard to, and in safeguarding of, the historic fabric and traditional character of this listed building. (CBLP HQ1 & HE3 and Sections 12 & 1, NPPF) |

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DD-085 3, DD-085-2 & DD-085 1A and OAK-069-VOC- REV C.
