Conditions or Reasons:
1) Insufficient information has been provided to enable an accurate assessment of the application in terms the requirement for additional paddock land, the suitability of the land for horses, the number of horses and additional equestrian paraphernalia. If permitted could lead to unacceptable impacts on the Green Belt and AONB. As such the proposal is contrary to Policies HQ1, SP4, EE7 and DC4 of the Adopted Local Plan and Sections 12 and 13 of the NPPF.
2) Insufficient information has been provided by the applicant to enable an accurate assessment to be made of the highway access/safety/ impact implications of the proposed development, contrary to Policy T2 and T3 of the CBLP(2021), Section 12 of the NPPF and the Design Guide.
