Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/01847/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building hereby approved shall be used for agricultural purposes as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) in connection only with Black Moor Farm, New Road, Maulden, MK45 2BG

Reason: To ensure that the building is used for agricultural purposes only and to ensure an appropriate relationship with nearby residential properties.

2) The turning space for vehicles illustrated on the approved Plan (No 2964-02) shall be constructed and made available for use prior to the first occupation of the building hereby approved and shall remain throughout the lifetime of the development.

Reason:

To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits thereby avoiding the reversing of vehicles on to the highway (Policy T2, Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, 2021).
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 2964-02; CBC01; CBC02 - Elevations and floor plan; CBC03

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
