Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 01-02-001 Rev B, 01-02-002 Rev C, 02-02-002 Rev C, 02-03-001 Rev C, 02-03-002 Rev D, 02-05-001 Rev D, 02-05-002 Rev C & 03-04-001 Rev D.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) A scheme shall be submitted for approval in writing by the Local Planning Authority indicating the design and materials of the fencing to be erected on the eastern boundary. The boundary treatment shall be completed in accordance with the approved scheme before the rear extension is occupied and be thereafter retained.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development, the visual amenities of the locality and the setting of the Listed Building and Conservation Area.
