Conditions or Reasons:
18) Prior to commencement of development in each area as identified by the areas plan as required by condition 3 of this permission, a scheme showing the proposed boundary treatment of that area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall show the type and height of fences, hedges, walls or other means of enclosure. The approved scheme shall be implemented before the adjacent residential units are first occupied.

Reason: To ensure a satisfactory appearance for the development and to safeguard the amenity of future occupiers in accordance with Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and policy 43 of the Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire (Revised Pre-Submission Version June 2014).
