9) A Public Art Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and then installed in full and as approved, on or before 1 December 2022, unless otherwise amended in accordance with a review to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To assist in creating a quality environment.
