Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/02135/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No construction materials or equipment are to be stored near the trees on site.

Reason: To ensure the protection of trees and hedgerows to be retained, and to avoid unnecessary damage to their root systems.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC.001, 1332 PA 101, 1332 PA 101A, 1332 PA 101B, 1332 PA 002, 1332 PA 003, 1332 005, 1332 PA 006, 1332 PA 102, 1332 PA 103, 1332 PA 104, 1332 PA 002.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
