Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/02193/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application the replacement windows hereby approved shall have a final decorative finish of a RAL 7032 (Pebble Grey) paint unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any application of final decorative finishes at the point of either window manufacture or window installation, as appropriate.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner fully appropriate to, and in the safeguarding of, the maintained character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any works of 'making good', including brickwork, timberwork, plasterwork, the use of mortars and decorative finishes, required as a result of implementation of the works hereby approved shall be undertaken using materials and in a manner strictly compatible with the traditional construction and character of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner fully appropriate to, and in the safeguarding of, the traditional fabric and constructional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
4) This consent relates only to the works detailed on the submitted plans, numbers 1688/6-001A; 1688/6-002A; 1688/6-003A; 1688/6-004A; 1688/6-005A.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
