Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/02348/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The re-painting of the external walls shall be carried out in "Dulux Cladshield Suffolk Pink" water based paintwork with low VOC level, as submitted to the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and the character and appearance of designated heritage assets

3) All external works to the chimney hereby approved shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building (Matching facing brickwork in natural colour mortar as shown on approved drawing 671-22-150-A).

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and Conservation Area.

4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 671-22-100-A; 671-22-150-A; CBC01

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
