6) A schedule for the retention, reuse or storage of removed historic fabric (stable partitions, hayloft ladder, brick flooring, troughs), including justification for any historic fabric not capable of retention and reuse, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority prior to their removal from site. The development shall be fully implemented in accordance with the approved details.
Reason
In the interest of preserving the special character and historic significance of the listed building and Ampthill Conservation Area (Section 16, NPPF, 2021)
