Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/02663/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The premises shall not be open to the public except between 0900 hours and 1800 hours Monday Friday, 0815 hours and 1400 on Saturdays and at no time on Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays, without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of nearby residential occupiers.
2) There shall be no overnight boarding of any animal at the premises.

3) Within 2 months of the date of this consent the applicants shall submit in writing to the local planning authority a scheme of sound insulation works and a noise management plan to protect adjoining residential dwellings from noise arising from the use hereby approved. The scheme shall be supported and informed by an appropriate noise impact assessment carried out in accordance with relevant technical standards. The approved sound insulation scheme and noise management plan shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details within 4 months of the date of this consent, and they shall be retained in accordance with those details thereafter.

Reason: to safeguard the amenity and living conditions of neighbouring residential occupiers
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 0039-L1, 0039-L2, 0039-P1

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
