1) The dormer window with window opening height of 1.55m on the side facing No 15 Goodwood Close, would result in a detrimental loss of privacy and overlooking to this neighbouring property. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021), Section 12 of the NPPF (2021) and Section 7 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide (2014)
