Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed detached double garage represents inappropriate development within the Green Belt, which is, by definition, harmful to the Green Belt. Furthermore, by reason of its size and position the development would also have an unacceptable impact on the openness of the Green Belt. The proposal is therefore contrary to Section 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework and Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan.
