Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/02920/TD
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with paragraph A.3 (11) (a) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) .
2) Noise resulting from the operation of the telecommunications installation hereby approved shall not exceed the existing background noise level inclusive of any penalty for tonal, impulsive or other distinctive acoustic characteristics when measured or calculated according to the provisions of BS4142:2014.
Reason: To protect the amenity of nearby residential occupiers. (Section 12, NPPF)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SEBE22002_MBE148_86488_LU0583_GA_REV A (002 SITE LOCATION PLAN), SEBE22002_MBE148_86488_LU0583_GA_REV A (215 PROPOSED SITE PLAN) and SEBE22002_MBE148_86488_LU0583_GA_REV A (265 PROPOSED SITE ELEVATION).

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
