Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application and prior to commencement of any work of construction on site in respect of the new gated access hereby approved, samples of all constructional materials proposed to be used, including pier cappings and brick to be used in any required 'making good' of the historic wall structure to be retained, shall be provided for consideration by, and the written approval of, the Local Planning Authority by way of :-
samples identifiable by manufacturers product type and/or supplier, as appropriate, made available on site for Local Planning Authority inspection
The approved development shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details
Reason: To ensure that the works hereby approved are undertaken with due regard to, and in maintenance of, the character, appearance and historic fabric of the listed building and its site setting (Section 16, NPPF) |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application the new timber entrance gates hereby approved shall be decoratively finished in a gloss black paint to match the existing frontage entrance gates at the property unless agreed otherwise and in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
