Conditions or Reasons:
2) The buildings hereby approved shall not be brought into use until an Odour & Insect Control Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Odour & Insect Management Plan shall identify measures to control odour, flies& other insects emanating from the site, including ongoing monitoring arrangements and contingency actions. Site operations shall be conducted in accordance with the approved Odour & Insect Management Plan at all times.

Reason: In order to protect the amenity of nearby residents
