Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/03099/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The smooth white render finish shown on drawing no. 3448.20.6 rev.B shall be applied to the external brickwork of the dwelling on the north flank and rear of the dwelling no less than 6 months following the completion of the development approved under CB/20/03301/FULL. The dwelling shall be retained in this finish thereafter. All external works other than the rendered brickwork shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality
(Central Bedfordshire Local Plan Policy HQ1, Section 12, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3448.20.3, 3448.20.2, 3448.20.1, 3448.20.5 rev.B, 3448.20.4, 3448.20.7, 3448.20.6 rev.B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The first floor window(s) in the west elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening, unless the parts of the window(s) which can be opened are more than 1.7m above the floor of the room(s) in which the window(s) is installed. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the west elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of adjoining properties
