4) Construction of the side porch and rear barn shall not be commenced until samples and details of the materials to be used on the external finishes have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and permanently maintained as such.

Reason: To safeguard the haracter and integrity of this Grade II listed building.

7) Prior to the commencement of works, detail drawings for the proposed new single glazed window W1, in section and elevation at scales between 1:1 and 1:20 as appropriate, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and shall be permanently maintained as such

8) Prior to the commencement of works, a Repair Methodology outlining the method of repair for window W2, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and once agreed, shall be carried out in accordance with such details.

9) Prior to the commencement of works, detail drawings for the proposed new front door and new side porch door, at a scale between 1:1 and 1:20 as appropriate, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and shall be permanently maintained as such.
