Conditions or Reasons:
21) Before the new access is first brought into use, the existing access to Park Corner Farm farmyard (as depicted in plan reference EPN-MES-DR-C13685-15-3012 Revision P2) shall be closed in a manner subject to the Local Planning Authority's written approval and constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interest of road safety and to reduce the number of points at which traffic will enter and leave the public highway, in accordance with Policy HQ1 of the adopted Local Plan and the NPPF.
