Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/03700/DOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) No works shall commence and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows, doors, walls, roofs and rainwater goods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development/work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the character and significance of the listed buildings and the conservation area (section 16, NPPF) This needs to be pre-commencement as it is essential that all works carried out preserve the historical importance of the existing buildings.
