1) The proposal, due to its scale, design and siting (in terms of proximity to boundary and relationship with No.11), would result in unacceptable loss of light and overbearing impact upon this property. Therefore, prior approval is refused, in accordance with paragraph 7 of Condition A.4 of Class A, Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
