1) On the basis of the information provided, the proposed development does not comply with the criteria set out in A.1(j)(iii), Class A, Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) ("the Order"). Therefore, the proposed development is required to be considered through submission of a planning application and Prior Approval is refused.
