Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04055/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) By reason of the cumulative footprint and floorspace of the proposed extensions combined with existing extensions, over and above the original dwelling, the proposal would represent disproportionate additions to the property, amounting to inappropriate development in the Green Belt. No Very Special Circumstances have been put forward that would clearly outweigh the identified harm to the Green Belt by way of inappropriateness. As such, the proposal would conflict with Section 13 of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and Section 7 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
