Conditions or Reasons:
15) Prior to the commencement of operational vehicular movements (excluding construction movements) of each development plot, an Employment and Skills Plan for that plot shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be implemented in accordance with each approved Employment and Skills Plan.

Reason: To provide an opportunity for residents of the local area to access employment opportunities.
