Conditions or Reasons:
25) No above ground development (excluding construction activities relating to the access road, associated highways work and the required cut and fill activities) shall commence until an addendum to the approved UK Power Networks CTMP has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority, for approval in writing. The development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To provide a high quality development, in accordance with Policy HQ1 of the adopted Local Plan and the NPPF.
