Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04320/PAES
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development includes an additional storey which provides a floor to ceiling height, measured internally, which exceeds the floor to ceiling height of the existing dwellinghouse, which is the lesser of 3 metres and the existing ceiling height. The proposal therefore does not constitute Permitted Development pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), Schedule 2, Part 1 Class AA.1(h).
2) The proposed additional storey would be constructed on part of the dwellinghouse which does not represent the principal part of the dwellinghouse, as defined in Schedule 2, Part 1 Class AA.4. The proposal therefore does not constitute Permitted Development pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), Schedule 2, Part 1 Class AA.1(i).
