Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04469/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any works of external 'making good' required as a result of implementation of the works hereby approved, including brickwork, stonework, the use of mortars and decorative finishes, shall be undertaken using materials and in a manner strictly compatible with, and close-matching as appropriate, the existing character and detailing of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character and appearance of the building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
3) This consent relates only to the works detailed in the submitted plans, numbers CBC-01 (Site Location Plan); SK01; SK02; SK03; SK04; SK05; SK06; SK07; SK08.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
