Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04477/SECM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The planning obligation in Schedule 2, Part 6, Sports, Recreation and Play Facilities (1) contained with the S106 Legal Agreement dated 2nd June 2006, continues to serve a useful purpose but the proposed modification to reduce the quantity of sports pitches within the settlement would be detrimental to the useful purpose of creating a healthy and sustainable community and would not serve the purpose equally well. The Council has therefore determined that all remaining planning obligations shall continue to have effect without modification.
2) The planning obligation in Schedule 2, Part 7, Community Facilities (1) contained with the S106 Legal Agreement dated 2nd June 2006, continues to serve a useful purpose but the proposed modification resulting in the loss of the Education Interpretation Facility would be detrimental to the useful purpose of creating a sustainable community and would not serve the purpose equally well.  The Council has therefore determined that all remaining planning obligation(s) shall continue to have effect without modification.
