Conditions or Reasons:

2) Prior to development beginning on site, details of the location of the fence including foundations,outside of the public highway and the proposed footway widening, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The proposed fencing and gates shall be implemented in accordance with the approved plans and shall be thereafter retained.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to alleviate obstruction of the public highway to users of the public highway (policy T2, Central Bedfordshire Local Plan).
