Conditions or Reasons:
2) Samples of all external materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to their first use on site. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and permanently maintained as such.
Reason: In the interest of preserving the special character and historic interest of the listed building and Ampthill Conservation Area (section 16, NPPF, 2021).
3) Additional drawings showing details of new windows, doors, timber shutters and timber lintel in section and elevation, at a scale between 1:1 and 1:20 as appropriate, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority prior to their first installation on site. The development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and shall be permanently maintained as such.
Reason: In the interest of preserving the special character and historic significance of the listed building and the Ampthill Conservation Area (Section 16, NPPF, 2021)
