Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04768/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to the removal of the chimney pots, details of the secure retention and storage of the chimney pots shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The electric cowls shall be removed and the chimney pots shall be re-instated within three months of the existing boiler system being made redundant and no longer in use The re-instated chimney pots shall be thereafter permanently retained, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason

In the interests of preserving the special significance of the Listed Building and its wider setting (Policy HE3, Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A/55048/1A; A/55048/2; A/55048/03; A/55048/4A

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
