Conditions or Reasons:
5) Throughout the course of development, all working practices, timing of operations and site supervision shall adhere to the requirements stipulated in Appendix 5 "Arboricultural Method Statement", and Appendix 6 "Timetable for Protection Works", which form part of the supporting document "Arboricultural Impact Assessment" by A.T. Coombes Associates Ltd., dated 4thg February 2022.

Reason:
To ensure that all working methodology and construction operations are carried out in accordance with the specified requirements of good arboricultural practice, in order to safeguard retained trees from any adverse effects caused by construction activity, in the interests of visual amenity.
