Conditions or Reasons:
1) On the balance of proabilities, the dwelling, garage and residential curtilage (The Peartrees) were not constructed in accordance with MB/88/02002/OA and MB/89/01725/RM, however, they have been constructed lawfully in accordance with the plans approved under LPA ref. MB/91/00680/FA, and the conditions attached to this permission remain in effect.
