Conditions or Reasons:
3) Prior to the commencement of development, an Arboriculture Impact Assessment and Method Statement which includes tree protection measures is to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved details will then be adhered to throughout the whole construction process.

Reason: To ensure no unacceptable impact upon the nearby protected trees.
