Conditions or Reasons:
3) Before the new development is first brought into use, the existing one-way exit on to High Street and access restriction plates within the parking area (access from Avenue Mews) shall be closed/removed in a manner to the Local Planning Authority's written approval and constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interest of road safety and to reduce the number of points at which traffic will enter and leave the public highway.
