1) The applicant has failed to demonstrate that the development is reasonably necessary for the purposes of agriculture within the unit. As such the development would fail to constitute permitted development under Part 6, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order, 2015 as amended. The applicant is advised that the proposed development would therefore require planning permission
