Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/22/04966/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The external lighting shall be installed and operated (including motion sensor operation) as shown on drg nos JS-2023-002 and JS-2023-003/ rev D, and Planning Statement (Johnstruct, 29th September 2022), and thereafter retained.

Reason: To protect the visual amenity of the site and its surrounding area.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers JS-2023 001/ rev A; JS-2023-002; JS-2023 003/ rev D; Planning Statement (Johnstruct, 29th September 20222)

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
