Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 3 'Hall A/C installation South elevation Survey - existing', 6A 'House extension Rear elevation New roof window', TQRWM22228125051841 'Location Plan', 1A 'Hall A/C installation Block plan Site survey - new items New location of A/C units', 2A 'Hall A/C installation North elevation Survey - existing New location of A/C units', 5A 'Hall A/C installation North/West elevation New location of A/C units', 4A 'Hall A/C installation West/South elevation Survey - Princes Street New location of A/C units, 01 'Site - block plan Proposed development'.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The rating level emitted from plant, machinery or equipment at the development hereby approved shall not exceed the existing background sound level in order to prevent any adverse impact. The assessment shall be made in accordance with BS4142:2014 at the nearest and/or most affected noise sensitive premises, with all machinery operating together at maximum capacity. Reason: In the interest of neighbouring residential amenity (CBLP Policy HQ1)
