Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application any work of repair of replacement in respect of the windows of the building and the facias, soffits and barge boards associated with the existing roofing shall maintain the existing detailing of the building in all respects, including all mouldings formed in timber and including the detailing of the frontage cornice modillions (brackets) carried down the building frontage.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character and historic fabric of this listed building in all respects and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the building is located, and for the avoidance of doubt (Section 16, NPPF)
