Conditions or Reasons:
5) Notwithstanding the details shown on the approved plans, no development shall commence above slab level before details of materials to be used in the external surfaces of the buildings at the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
 
Reason: To ensure that the appearance of the development would be acceptable
