Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/00477/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The hours of opening of the place of worship hereby approved shall only be between 10:30 and 13:00 on Sundays, or at any other hours subsequently agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring occupants.

3) Noise resulting from the use of the place of worship shall not exceed the existing background level when measured or calculated according to BS4142:2014.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 7230100_1001 P1, 7230100_1002 P1, 7230100_1005 P1, 7230100_1045 P4, 7230100_1049 P1, 7230100_1050 P1 and 7230100_1052 P1.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
