Conditions or Reasons:
4) No dwelling shall be occupied until details of proposals to provide parking restrictions to the first 40m of carriageway from the junction with Vinegar Hill have been submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Plots 1-3 and 33-35 shall not be occupied until the parking restrictions have been implemented (including all signage and lining) and they shall be retained throughout the lifetime of the development.


Reason
To minimise the potential for on-street parking and thereby safeguard the interest of the safety and convenience of road users.
10) No dwelling shall be occupied until details of proposals for external lighting have been submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The dwellings shall not be occupied until the scheme has been implemented as approved and shall be retained for the lifetime of the development.

Reason: To protect the open countryside from light pollution.
