2) Notwithstanding the details submitted in the application. drawn constructional details of the double-glazed replacement window units hereby approved, shown as typical details for proposed openable and non-openable window types, in section and plan at a scale between 1:5 and 1:10, as appropriate, shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of window replacement on site.
Reason: To ensure that the approved works are implemented a manner fully appropriate to, and in safeguarding of the historic character and appearance of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF)
