Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/23/01105/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: Site Plan, Site Location Plan, 01 (elevations) and flag plan.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) All car pick-ups and drop-offs in connection with the development hereby approved shall be undertaken from the southern vehicular access only (Pegasus Drive roundabout)
and strictly in accordance with the approved delivery methodology (Service Yard Management Plan prepared by Vectos and approved under Condition 8 of
CB/13/04399/VOC) unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: to safeguard the amenities of occupiers of adjoining properties and ensure there are no adverse impacts on the highway network, in accordance with Policy CC8,
HQ1, T1 and T6 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan'
