1) The proposed variation in opening hours of the premises is likely to result in noise generation and general disturbance to adjoining occupiers during the proposed evening hours. Insufficient evidence has been demonstrated to show that the proposal will not result in a harmful impact on the residential amenities of neighbouring occupiers and the character of the area, contrary to Policies HQ1 and CC8 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021) and the NPPF.
